When it is turned on, the screen lights up with blue back-lit intelligent touch controls and the dish appear on the screen: stuffed tomatoes look too good to be true, and tarts, gratins and pastries are mouth-wateringly irresistible. Clear, colourful and well illustrated - few screens have ever been this graphic and user-friendly. If you are cooking meat, the whole animal is shown, with the part to be cooked in red. It's both fun and instructive.

Continuum: Limitless Cooking Possibilities
De Dietrich has taken induction cooking to a higher level, making full use of its expertise: its hob can now be adapted to users' needs. Having to choose between 3 or 4 zones is a thing of the past. The "Continuum" hob offers the user 2 rings and an adaptable cooking zone.
Nothing is impossible with the "Continuum" zone: either one large cooking pot (casserole dish, fish kettle, etc.) or several smaller recipients can be used on this "Continuum" zone (40x23 cm), the most powerful on the market (4.6 kW).
It's up to you: a single setting for the entire zone or two different settings to control 2 autonomous zones.

"Primo" mode: upper and lower zones at the same time with the same program for a full load.
Large saucepans that need washing?

"Secundo" mode: lower zone only using high pressure for bulky dishes.
Dinner for two?

"Tertio" mode: upper zone only for a daily load of 6 place settings.

A meal with friends?
"Quattro" mode: upper and lower zones at the same time with different programs (fragile glasses on top and saucepans at the bottom, for example).
